Can't log in on my phone

Hi, I've got a premium account, but for some reason it won't let me log in on the app. I can log in fine on the browser. I've tried resetting my password, but no luck! I've also got a regular account and that one is working fine on my phone when I try to log in, but not my premium account. 

Any ideas?

Hey @victtoriaabetts, thanks for reaching out.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
