I have a Premium Plan and I can't log in my account.
I reset my password in the web page, I managed to do it and logged in in the web page. Then I tried to log in in my app, both on my computer and my phone, and it kept saying that my email or my password were wrong. Changed it over and over again, same result. This is happening since yesterday and I'm paying for this service so I would like to use it then...

Recently they made some changes on the back end of Spotify which resulted in this problem. Users that used Facebook to create an account that used to log into Spotify with an email and password now have to use the 'login with facebook' button. Can you try that?
