Can't log in online

I made my account through Facebook it even has my profile picture in the Spotify app but I can't log on online to see when next payment is due as when I try to log in through Facebook it says I do not have an account with it I have tried putting my email and password for Facebook and I even tried getting an email sent to me to change passcode as I still have reciept from Spotify but no email came through.

Hi @Lisey1527 thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

On your premium receipt there'll be a 10 digit number, which is your username. You could try logging in through that maybe? If you have an email address or actual username on the receipt then of course use that instead.
