Can't log in or cancel premium

My Question or Issue

This is not the account in question, my other account that is only on my phone has premium and I can't cancel it through the app, there's no email on the account, and I don't know the password I'd like to just cancel premium or shut it down I never use it and I can't get the charges to stop. I sent an email to spotify and they just sent me here.

I have similar problem. Not this account, another account, I can't login that account, can't reset password b/c it says email is not linked to an account, but spotify is charging me monthly still.

You can cancel your subscription with the steps provided in this support article. 

However, if you don't know your credential or no longer have an access to your email address, make sure to follow the relevant steps from this support article.
