My Question or Issue

I could not find my account page.  When I typed in my email to reset my password, it said there was no account for that email.   Not sure if account is still there somewhere.  I started a new one with new playlists, but I don't want to get charged for the old site too.  I would prefer to have all my old playlists rather than start over.  How can I find it if it is still there?

I am sorry to hear this. 

First, try finding your account following these steps. If that doesn’t work, then for this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
