Can't log in phone

Can't log in phone

My account had recently been messed with. All my playlists were deleted and a couple hundred new songs were added. I logged on online and shut all devices offline and reset password. Now when I try and log my phone in it says. "Login failed. You have already created an account with this email address." What do I do?

Hey @Bri18,

 

Can you please try logging in with your username and password, instead of your email address and password?
