My Question or Issue

I was disconnected from my spotify account on my android app two days ago I don't know why. 

 

When I tried to log in, I have a message saying I have connexion issues, while I don't, and an hour later I had a message saying there has been a connection where I am, but I never was able to actually logged in, then when I tried the log in without password, I clicked the link the minute I received the email, and it always says the link is expired, and finally when I try connecting with Facebook I have a message saying something went wrong. 

 

I tried to log in from the website, and I had no problem, so the problem is definitely the app. 

 

Also I noticed when I logged from the website that my plan was the free one, when it always has been the premium one, no idea why either... 

I tried to change my password, reinstall the app, turn off my phone, clean the stock area, nothing works, I have no idea why 😞

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Don't worry we're always here to help you with your issue. Can you try a clean reinstall on the App? Can you also please send me a screenshot of your issue? That would help me greatly to fix your issue.
