My Question or Issue

Same as reported elsewhere: can't log into the mobile app, as it keeps saying I'm offline. Have tried the various workarounds of re-entering password or clearing saved passwords to no avail.

We recommend you perform a clean reinstall of the app. Just follow the steps in this support article

 

You can also check if the country settings on your account page match the country you're currently residing in. If they don't you most likely need to update them. 

 

If the issue persists try a different network.
