Can't log in through facebook

I have spotify premium and I can't log in through Facebook. Everytime I try on the desktop app its says the username or password is incorrect. Everytime i try on the web player it doesn't let me through. When I try to access my account settings in the browser I get redirect error. What's going on?

I've had the exact same problem, I've tried everything on here and I've emailed them and got nothing
