Can't log in to Spotify with Facebook

Hi,

I have recently moved back to Turkey from UK, for the first couple of weeks I did not have any problem with spotify, then the app on my mac showed a notification to change my country. When I tried to change my country over the website, I couldn't log in to my Spotify account with my Facebook account (I originally signed up to Spotify through Facebook) It displays a loading circle and nothing happens. 

I created a temporary account by e-mail other than the Facebook one, connected my FB to the new account, I thought that I would gather my playlists and friendlist, still no change:/ I want to reach my previous account especially for my playlists and friend list. Could you please help me?

Hey @gizemlin ! Welcome to the community 🙂

When you merged those accounts, you original Facebook account will have been temporarily lost in the system. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you in getting that recovered. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
