Can't log in to an old account

Can't log in to an old account

Hi,
I've just started Family Premium which I've invited my husband to. Since he've been using my account for the last years he doesen't remember his password to his account. So when we tries to get a new password it simiple says "Email doesn't exist". Ok, so perhaps he didin't have an account then we thought, so better register a new account on that email address.... But when he tries that it says "Email address already exist to an other account"...... Catch 22, what to do?? We can't reset the password and we can't create a new account. Any good ideas???
