Can't log in to my premium account, had to create new free one just to ask for help!

Pulling my hair out here, I hope someone can help. 🙂 I uninstalled my Spotify on Android as was acting up, now can't reinstall as forgot password--- problem is whether on mobile or laptop Chrome or IE (and I cleared cookies from both) I cant get to send password change request as keeps bringing me to page saying {"error":"This form has expired. Please reload the page and try again."}. I've had to create a different  (free) account via Facebook just to ask for help. My other, real, account was set up via email. Help? Thanks!

Hi there and welcome to the community,

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online alternative form.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
