Can't log in with FB

I used to have Spotify sinc with my FB account, but from all of the sudden it won't allow me anymore to log in with my FB account, it gives me different types of problems, such as "you're in a different country", "already exists an account with this email", "there was a problem"... I mean, I just wanna recover all my music and information. Is there anyway this guys can delete that account or information about me so I can just log in as a brand new user?

It sounds like you tried to log in with your Spotify account details as well? If this is the case:

When you try and log into the Mobile/Desktop application, do you use your Email address or your Spotify username?

You need to use your Spotify username when trying to log into the Spotify Applications 🙂

If the above works:

Do you still have all your music/Playlists/Premium if you had it?

If the above is not the case:

I suggest you try a clean reinstall and see if this helps, This usually fixes most problems 🙂

Note: This will remove any saved offline tracks and cache 🙂
