Can't log in with Facebook

My Question or Issue

I recently purchases premium in order to use it on a trip. While on the trip the app kepted acting up so I reinstalled it. Now it will not let me log into my original account through facebook that has my premium membership on that I paid for. It says that there is no account associated with my facebook profile but then when I went into my apps on facebook it says that spotify is active. I don't want to be paying for a service I don't have access to.

Please reach you account overview at Spotify.com and click "Sign Out Everywhere".

Then try logging in again as it might do the trick.

It didn't work. I had to make a new login in order to post this thread so I
think all that it did was log me out of the new account.

Thanks for trying that out - let's see what else we can suggest 🙂

Could you try logging out of your Facebook profile on that device and then trying to log in to Spotify by clicking on the blue 'Log In With Facebook' button? You should be prompted to enter your Facebook account details, and after that you've done that you should be logged in to your Spotify account.

If that doesn't work, let us know and we'll see what else we can suggest 😉
