Can't log in with my old account

A long time ago i had an old spotify account, but i cancelled my subscription on it to save some money. After i did that, spotify blocked me out of the account somehow and i can't log in anymore, and i can't even change the password.

If i log in i get "something went wrong" but no other info at all.

And the worst thing is that i had it on my main e-mail adress that i want to use on my new account, but i can't change or use it because it is locked to my old account wich is locked somehow.

Please help, because spotify won't...

The issue has been fixed by spotify support and is no longer active!

If you havve the same issue please contact support. This issue is nnot fixable on your own.
