Can't log in

Everytime I try to log in my Spotify it just says "logging in..." and then nothing happens after. The button goes back to "log in". I already reset the password and tried both the username and password for logging in. I also redownloaded the app and still the same problem. I can sign in on my laptop just fine but not on my phone.

I have the exact same problem! I have a family account and for everyone it's working well but this morning I suddenly had to log in again and it doesn't work. 

It's the same: log in -> logging in -> log in
