My Question or Issue

 Hey, recently I have not been able to log into my Spotify account. I tried logging into my sister's account and that worked. However when I log into mine it says my firewall might be blocking Spotify ( I tried disabling my firewall and even shutting it down completely but with no success ). I have been looking around, and the fact that other accounts work ( my sister's one ), it seems like my account is hacked. Any way to get it back ?
