Can t log in

Hello. I m using spotify from switzerland. I forget my email and so i can t log in. I have the spotify premium. I pay it with the mastercard but at the pay information there is only: Spotify and then a number

What can i do to find out my spotify email or account-name?

Can you let me know what happens when you try to log in? Is there an error message being shown (If so, please send me a screenshot, making sure that you've hidden sensitive info when posting to the community)?

Also, are you trying to log in from the app or the web player?
