Can´t log in

Can´t log in

I´m on Free Spotify and I moved country so I need to change country in my account, but when I try to do that it tells me to update the payment details, which I don´t have, so I can´t change country and I can´t use Spotify. I sent an email asking for help but no reply after 3 weeks or so. I would really apreciate some advice. Thanks! Mentxu

Did you ever get a confirmation email from the contact form?

If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify.

 

If you still cannot find an email, try filling out the contact form again.

After filling out the contact form, you should get an email similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX"

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address. Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
