Can't log in

My phone got stolen recently and I had Spotify downloaded on it and still logged in. However, I downloaded Spotify on my new phone and tried logging in with my email and it's telling me I already created an account with this email and I know I'm using the right password because I even reset it to see if it would work. I also can't log in using Facebook because I don't have a Facebook account. Help?

Please try logging in with your username and password instead of your email address and password.

I don't know my username either 😬 I stayed logged in on my other phone so I never had to type in my stuff.
