Can't log in


Can't log in




Hopefully what I'm about to say makes sense. I bought Spotify premium yesterday in the account that I've always had logged in on my phone. However today the app logged me out and when I tried to log back in it kept saying incorrect password. I clicked the reset password link, but am not receiving an email. It might be an old email address that's linked to the account that I no longer use. Is anyone able to help me as I'm paying a subscription for an account I can't access?

Hey @bdavfc, welcome to the Spotify Community!

If your account was subscribed to Premium, you can contact Spotify support with your payment details and they can help you secure your account. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

If you weren't subscribed to Premium, you'll have to go through all your email addresses to check for the email because Spotify has no way to locate your account.
