My Question or Issue

SO before like a half an hour i was listening to music and then all of the sudden the music stopped and i couldn't listen to it and when i went to the home page it was loading so long and on the final it didn't even load. So i reinstalled the app to see if it will be fine but then when i tried to log back in my account i got this message showed down bellow.

Oh actually i fixed it i jsut had to allow the app in my firewall
