Can’t log in

I can’t remember my username or password for Spotify to log into the app on my phone but I’m logged into the account on my Xbox is there anyway I can find my user on the Xbox as I can’t seem to find it 😭

Thanks for posting your question on the Community! Apologies for the late reply, as we just came across your post.

Usually, you can see the username in the app settings, however, if it doesn't appear, there are other ways you can look for the account.

To start, we would suggest that you try filling in all email addresses that you might've created the account with on this page. If there's an account connect to an email address, you should receive a password reset email to that inbox.

Also, keep in mind that there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Another option is to try logging in with these to find your account.
