Can't log into Spotify using Log In With Facebook

I have a new Mac, and installed Spotify. I am unable to log in using LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK. I get this error: "A firewall may be blocking Spotify. Please update your firewall to allow Spotify. Additionally you could try changing the currently used proxy settings (Error code:16)" There is no firewall. I haven't been able to find anything to help my issue on the Spotify website (which I can log into just fine), and they have not responded with any assistance. Do they seriously have no live chat option?
