Can't log into account, I think it's merged with facebook account

My 7 day trial expired last night on my account "tim.wightman" and I put in my card details to get Premium. My account got logged out overnight, now I cant log into that account because it just signs into my facebook account that isn't Premium and doesn't have any playlists etc.

I know the "tim.wightman" account still exists because I can search for it and it shows up. 

I just want to be able to log into this account and get rid of the Facebook one. 

I've emailed the Spotify support and replied to thier auto response but havn't heard back yet.

Could you send over your 8 digit email reference number? We'll check it out.

In the meantime, can you try logging out then back in, this time entering 'tim.wightman' in the username box, alongside your current password?
