Can't log into account

created a new account to link to my DUO account, username richphone, with new gmail adx

I want my phone to use one account while my alexa\google smart home stuff uses another.

however after creating new account no workie workie.  bad pwd or username.  reset pwd dialogue says user does not exist :shrug

Edit:  Read that web based user creation has been broken and not fixed for SEVERAL years... why don't they remove the option if it does not work??

Keep in mind that the name "richphone" is likely just your display name, not your actual username. 🙂 Your username is likely a bunch of randomly generated letters and numbers. I recommend logging in at https://spotify.com/account using your email address and password to find out what your actual username is.
