Can’t log into account

My Question or Issue

I have recently logged out of my account and I can’t log back in. I’m currently in my old account. I only remember my username and I logged in with my phone number so I don’t have the option to log back in. Every time I try to send a link to my email, it says a link has been send but no email is linked into my account.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

Would you mind trying with a different network connection to see if it makes any difference? In case you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test if you'll receive the password reset e-mail.


Please note that errors might happen if you've put in too many requests in the system. You might need to wait a little bit before entering your info in the Password reset link again.

 

It's also a good idea to take look at this support article for more helpful tips.

 

On another note, we'd also recommend checking your inbox and Spam/ Junk folders to see if the e-mail with the link is to be found there.
