Can't log into my Premium accout...

I got logged out of my main spotify account (the only one i ever use because i have premium on this account) a few weeks ago and i have tried to log in so many times but it just wont let me! I went on one of my other old accounts and searched up my name to see if my premium account still existed and it came up straight away under my name. then, a couple of days later, i searched it up again and it didnt come up. i managed to get onto it throught a friends profile as she follows me but the name had completely changed to loads of random numbers and letters and my profile picture disappeared. i just really need help logging onto it and i cant find any information anywhere about how to do so!! please help!
