Can't log into my Spotify Account on my Samsung Galaxy J5

I am unable to log into my Spotify account on my Samsung J5 device. It keeps displaying that my username/password is wrong but I used the exact same username and password to log in on the deskstop! I have tried both using my username as an email and without email but it is not working either way. Could it be because I am abroad? But I have logged into my account before while abroad though this was back in May.

Please assist
