Can t log into my account and now started a new one can t find playlist !!!

Can t log into my account and now started a new one can t find playlist !!!

Have had a Spotify account with great playlist my husband and I have been working on for 3 years !
Can t find the old account
I have a new account now,somehow
Help...
how can I find someone to transfer playlist if I can t find !!!

Hey @Shopgirl2 and welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

 

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one has the playlist that you're looking for.

I found my playlists!!
