Can’t log into my account

Can’t log into my account

I can’t log into my account because it says I’m abroad more than 14 days. I’m not abroad at all. How do I fix this?

Hey @Orbitmanmarc, help's here. 

 

It looks like something might've happened with your country settings. We suggest that you refresh your country settings by changing them with the steps provided here. Make sure you're not using any VPN connection. 

 

If it's still not working, reinstall the app and give it another try.
