Can't log into my account

Can't log into my account

I'm a premium subscriber. I log into my account every morning when I get into the office via the Spotify app on my laptop. Today that didn't work.

After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I assumed I was locked out of the account so went through the process of changing my password. That didn't work.

I've tried logging in via my phone, on the web, and through the app and still nothing.

We'd recommend making sure you're using the correct information. Also, it could be a great idea to reinstall your app by following the steps here.
