Can't log into my account

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

 

My Question or Issue

I have tried to log in to spotify from my laptops app but it says that either my username or password is incorrect. So I reset my password but it says that my email isn't correct or doesn't have an account attached to it. So I tried to create another account but it said that there is an account attached to it. I have tried to reset my password countless times but it just doesn't work. Please help 🙂

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try a password reset

using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
