Can't log into my actual account?

Can't log into my actual account?

So, I've had Spotify for a while now. But, it would seem because I've never had to really sign in expect the first time. As it's been automatic since then. I forgot my username. So, when I tried to sign in, I put what I assumed my username would be, and my password that I use usually. Well, it signed me in.... but not into my account. It says the account I'm signed into is from Norway. But, it connected my FB account to that account now, so I cannot just use that (disconnected my FB account from Spotify now) I'm not sure what to do, as the email I use when I try to change the email on this account, says that email is already in use. But, I can't sign into that account for some reason. It's confusing and I don't know what to do. I'd have to replace the 800 or so songs I had built up.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to assist you in recovering your account by verifying a few private details.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
