Can't log into my other account with premium,

Alright, so I signed up for the spotify premium with hulu about 3 months ago. I'm not able to sign into my Spotify anywhere else other than my phone, and the Hulu account I have associated with it no longer is active. Hulu still says I need to subscribe and enter my billing info. I can still sign into my Hulu account. It's like someone went in and deactivated my Hulu and spotify subscriptions. The other day I had to put in my credit card details again for spotify for some reason. I was charged only for the Spotify Premium and nothing else. I still have the username for the Spotify account, and i'm still logged into that account on my phone.
