Can't log into premium account

I have a premium account linked through Facebook. Forgot Facebook account credentials and not able to log into Facebook, therefore can't log on premium Spotify account. Reached out to Facebook three times through email and have yet to get any response back to help me unlock or log into account. How can I separate my premium account from my Facebook account so I can access it. I have paid Spotify $9.99 the last three months for premium account but have not been able to log in or use.
