Can't log on Spotify application only on internet site

Hi!

 

Today I woke up to silence on my Spotify applications on my mobile units as well as my computer, why?

 

Need help ASAP!

There does appear to be ongoing issues you if you are located in Europe, keep an eye on SpotifyStatus for the latest news and updates whilst the teams work on it.

Yes, it tells me the user name or password isn't correct...but clearly that is not the case.  I have changed the password and pasted the new one in...and the password and user name works online but not in the application.  I have deleted the application and done a clean install as well.

Have you tried in another device? another computer, or phone?

They'll help you out.
