My Question or Issue - Ok so I worked for Starbucks for 7 years and had free spotify because of the partner benefits. I just recently quit and I got logged out on all plateforms (tablet, computer, phone, ext). I can't log in with my normal password and got an email to change my password. IT says the link has expired and to send a new link...which doesn't work and the process repeats. When I try to send a new link it says no active account attached to username or email. When I try to create a new account it says my email already has an active account. 

Not to mention no matter if I am on my phone or a computer (tried a few different ones at different IPs to see if this was the issue) after trying for a minute or so it would just start timing out the Spotify sites with too many request errors. 

Just trying to listen to my last 7 years of collected and created playlists lol....not sure why this is so difficult or how spotiy support is so terrible but hoping so some quick help here or I guess I'll just go to Amazon Music and call it a day.
