Can't log on to familys host premium

Can't log on to familys host premium

Okay so,
It appears that we've got a wrong zip code in the Host's account (typo).. now all the other accounts can't log on to it. It's says the address could not be confirmed every time I try it.. any suggestions?

I have received an invite for family premium package but I cannot log in with the given code.
