Can't log out on Playstation 4

My Question or Issue

 I have my Spotify logged in on my PS4 account, but since than have lost access to that Playstion account, and therefore cannot log out and use my premium Spotify on a new PSN account. So my question is how to remotely unlink from my Playstion account (Because the log out everywhere button wont sign out of playstion)
