Can't log with my Facebook account

My Question or Issue

Hi! I have a big problem with the account I always use. I bought a new phone and I wanted to log with my Spotify account I used to have in my previous phones. The thing is I cantc log with my Facebook because it says fb doesn't match with Spotify but when I want to create a new account with my Facebook email it says that, that email is already taken. When I want to change the password it send me a email to change it but then it says that something was wrong and i have to ask for another password change and it's always the same. I don't know what is happening with my account. Pls forgive my English, not a native speaker

Have you tried to use a different browser or clearing your browser cache/cookies while resetting your password?
