My Question or Issue

So I monthly paid premium for someone who lives in South Africa.

I canceled the subscribtion, and now we both cannot log back into her account.

It tells us that the email and phone number are not connected to an existing spotify account. We tried resetting her password, but that did not work. Is there a way to find a solution for this problem?
