I get Error Code:3 on Desktop app every time I try to log in with my new password after the change.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Thanks for your reply. But, it still doesn't work. 

I tried restarting my laptop and also re-installing Spotify.

Could you please attach a screenshot of the issue you're getting?

 

If possible could you try to sign in with another account in Spotify?

Maybe try another network connection as well creating a new user account on your machine and install Spotify there 🙂
