Can't login and I know my username and pw is correct

Hi guys,


I'm a premium member and the other day I accidently logged out of my account and I can't get back in. I know my username and password is correct but it says it isn't. So I click on "forgot username and password" put in my username and then it says I should receive an email soon but I never did. I'm logged in though a friend's account right now so that I could post this here because I can't find a solution. Also, when I finally became a premium member I never received the receipt either but I have the Order Number. Has anyone experienced similar problems logging in? Thanks

I've tried the "Forgot Password" several times and I've yet to receive an email from Spotify.

Hi, have you tried entering your username instead of your registered email?

Yeah, I've tried both and neither works. And I still haven't received any email since I put my username in the "reset password". I've checked spam, junk, etc and even checked all the email accounts I have even though I know which one I used to create my account.
