My Question or Issue

Hi, I created an account in the US and I am currently in the Korea.

I can't log-in desktop and got the 408 error but can log-in to website. 

I tried change location but no exist Korea. What can I do?

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try doing a clean reinstall of the app? If that doesn't work, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown, and also provide me the following info:

• App version 
• Device name 
• Operating system
