Can't login from iPhone/iPad app as app thinks I am from abroad

Can't login from iPhone/iPad app as app thinks I am from abroad

Can't login from iPhone/iPad app as app says that I can only use Spotify from abroad for up to 14 dayes. The issue is that I am at home and not abroad. 

I have checked my account settings and they say gb (United Kingdom) and to be sure I have reset it twice. 

I have deleted app and reinstalled but same problem, does anyone know a work around?

Hey @RobertHales, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

As a Free user, you can use Spotify in a different country to the one registered on your account for up to 14 days. After that, you’ll need to upgrade to Premium or change the country registered on your account.

 

Since you've already checked your account and it's registered in the same country you're in, we recommend you to check your Internet VPN settings. If they're set to a country different than the UK, then it's necessary to change them to the UK so you can log in.

Thank you for your reply but I don't us a vpn so all country settings are by my broadband provider. Also the situation is the same when not at home.
