Can't login from laptop

I just downloaded the program for my laptop, but it says my password is incorrect. I tried resetting the password; still says it's incorrect when I try to login from the program on my computer (tho the website recognizes the password). I keep getting "error code: 3". Please help!

Also, WTF, I'm paying $10/month, how is there no human whose job it is to help solve this?

Nevermind...figured it out...I had entered my entire email address as the username, and it only wanted the part before "@gmail.com".
