Can’t login in account

Hi.
Uses username as login, has had the same login and password for many years.
Now the password is not working, and I do not get a recovery email, I do not know if I have set up the correct mail.
Have premium, do not want to log in with fb and do not have login with fb.
If there is no solution then I need todelete the account, sited with the many years of playlist's location.

Really idiotic, can’t login but must login to get help...

had to use Fb for it.

spotify, you have always been higly valued be me.... after this... not so high. Really bad.
