Can't login neither to app nor to desktop

Can't login neither to app nor to desktop

Login via Google doesn't work, login via email tells me that user does not exist, password reset doesn't work - no email is coming through. And yes, I am absolutely sure that email is correct, I received an email from you earlier this week

Have you tried resetting your password using another browser/device? There could also be a blocker in your email settings that's preventing you from receiving the password reset emails. Please check your settings and make sure is added in the safe senders list.


In case the issue persists, I'd recommend reaching out to the folks over at Customer Support so they can take a closer look at this.
