My Question or Issue

I am unable to login on the app, when I try to it says I am offline, I have this issue on WiFi and LTE. I don't have anything in my settings preventing Spotify from using data. I recently updated to the latest version of Android and had to use the find my phone app to track my phone when I lost it which is what might have logged me out in the first place. I also have my settings in offline mode on the app which is what might be causing this issue. Thank you for any advice.

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community,

I would start by simply reinstalling the Spotify app, to do so follow the steps here.
